We assess specific reported conduct. We do not rate cheat quality, rank providers or certify software as safe.
How a report becomes an assessment
- Private intake. We receive the original account, sources, relevant connections and confidentiality restrictions in a private queue.
- Evidence review. An editor checks dates, provenance, relevant supporting material and alternative explanations. User allegations remain distinct from editorial findings.
- Response and context. Before a serious adverse finding, we normally seek a provider response where practicable. We record the attempt or a justified exception. Silence is not an admission.
- Explicit publication. An editor approves a separate public summary with a recorded reason, relevant supporting material, review dates and limitations. Private reports are never published automatically.
- Correction. New evidence can lead to a response, qualification, correction, temporary hide or archive. Significant changes appear on the affected record.
Provider profiles
Provider profiles can be published without a report or assessment. These listings show provider information and game associations, without an assessment label or an implied review outcome. Reports and assessments can be added separately when there is something to record.
General reviews
A provider can be listed without any reported issues. General reviews record a public summary and review dates; incident evidence and provider outreach are not required. A finding of no substantiated adverse reports describes the review outcome, not a guarantee of safety.
Assessment labels
We do not have enough reliable information for a meaningful assessment.
Our review has not identified sufficiently supported adverse reports within the stated scope and period. This does not establish safety or trustworthiness.
Information requires further assessment. This is not a finding that the reported conduct occurred.
Evidence supports a specific transaction issue. A transaction problem does not, by itself, establish deliberate fraud.
Evidence supports a specific security concern, with limits concerning the sample, version, source or observation. Attribution and other versions may remain uncertain.
An earlier event or a recorded remedy, response or other development. A remedy does not necessarily invalidate the original report or resolve all concerns.
What does not establish a verdict
A complaint count, a provider's silence or a single antivirus detection does not automatically establish a scam, malware or credential theft. A clean scan does not prove safety. Terms such as fraud, malware or remote access trojan need evidence of the specific conduct and its limits.
The limits of this directory
Game associations may reflect a provider's advertised claims. Operating status is separate from conduct assessments. We do not promise continuous monitoring, a complete directory or independent testing of every product.
Each record states its review dates and evidence. An empty game directory means no provider records have been published for that game yet.
